Pork Sinigang (Pork in Tamatind Soup)

Ingredients:
   4 to 6 cups water (depending on how much soup you want)
   300g pork, cut in pieces or pork spare ribs
   1 medium onion, cut into two
   2 tomatoes
   2-3 taro root (gabi)
   kangkong or long green beans(sitaw)
   green long pepper
   tamarind paste depend to your taste (you can buy it in Chinese store)
   salt
   drops of calamansi/lemon juice
   fish sauce

Procedure:
1. In a pot, bring water to boil, put pork and tamarind paste
2. onion, tomatoes and salt and pepper. Let it simmer until pork is halfway tender
3. Add calamansi/lemon juice, stir
4. Add taro, cover and let it simmer until tender.. add kangkong cover and turn off the heat..
5. Serve with steamed rice..
